Our staff and our partners do their utmost to ensure the client is always up to date. We communicate as often as needed, even daily if need be, with our clients. What is truly amazing about our office is that we all take Customer Service very seriously. This is the very core of our business as we know that without happy clients, we are out of business in a short amount of time. But even further than Customer Service, we truly care about our clients. We work hard at getting our clients the best possible rates and loan programs available. And since we have such good relationships with our investors, we receive better rates and fee structures as a result of those relationships.
